This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.
The Billing Analyst ensures the correct issuance of customer documents by solving blocking situations that prevent the automatic billing flow.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree;
Fluency in English(at least B2 level);
1-2 years experience in billing or invoicing;
Problem solving skills;
Team-worker attitude;
Proactivity and adaptability;
Customer-oriented approach & solution focused;
At ease with various tools and systems.
What will you do?
Correct and timely set of manual prices and business conditions;
Check the accuracy of the prices and the commercial conditions;
Capture customer’s requests & claims related to commercial terms and conditions and prices;
Analyse and provide issue resolution or appropriate answer;
Contact, follow up and close the loop with customer
Issue corrective documents
Analysis of errors caused by unfairly applied prices or commercial conditions, as well as commercial gestures offered to clients or their requests;
Solution of anomalies;
Analysis of self-invoicing processes, according to the portfolio;
Ensure traceability of financial transactions;
Active participation in the audit of the processes regarding the prices, anomalies, corrections and complaints of the product, in the self-evaluation of the internal control implementation and in collaboration with the auditors and the representative of the quality assurance process;
Participation in the testing and implementation of new projects together with the project ambassador.
