The Michelin Group started its activity in Romania in August 2001. Currently, Michelin has over 4400 employees in Romania, 3 plants (2 in Zalău, Sălaj County and 1 in Floresti, Prahova County), a commercial network and a shared services center in Bucharest. Starting with 2018, Bucharest became the coordination center of the Central Europe Region (20 countries). In 2020, Michelin obtained the Top Employers certification, from the renowned Top Employers Institute, for its Human Resources processes and policies, created for the benefit of employees.

Currently I am the Claim Expert on AIM team (Africa, India, Middle East), the exportation side of Michelin.
