REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE • Cele mai bune practici energetice sunt aplicate. (REF_053_MMW).Auto-diagnosticarea este facilitată • Sunt stabilite standardele privind consumul de energie după tipul de activitate și de echipament (Modelarea fluxurilor din uzină și a nivelurilor de consum). • Unitatea are o viziune pe termen mediu privind managementul energetic, adaptată la obiectivele și ambițiile Grupului • Unitatea optimizează costurile cu energia și MEF prin îmbunătățirea performanței energetice • Indicatorii energetici și de mediu sunt analizați și sunt fiabili. Performanța energetică a unității este comunicată în rețeaua DOMF • Documentarea feedbackului îmbunătățește cunoștințele privind rețeaua energetică, precum și cele ale proiectanților de instalații noi • Implicare în procesul de optimizare a contractelor (furnizare, transformare și întreținere, participare la schimburile avute cu cumpărătorii de energie). • Eficiența producției și distribuției de lichide. • Susținerea diferitelor activități din cadrul unității în vederea îmbunătățirii consumului de energie. • Stimularea progresului cu implicarea tuturor actorilor (operatori, personalul de întreținere, tehnicieni, manageri) prin intermediul grupurilor de ghidare, producției MDP, campaniilor de conștientizare... • Participare la diagnosticările energetice din aria expertului energetic În cazul misiunii complementare a managerului de performanță energetică a unității (~ 20%), acesta oferă asistență pentru Grup sau ZG cu privire la programul energetic sau acțiuni specifice (Audit/Diagnosticări energetice/Competență cheie în calitate de referent/Implementarea unei metode)
