HR Technical Analyst with French

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Fluency in French (at least B2 level);

  • InTouch (Workday) knowledge;

  • Technical customer support experience (preferred) ;

  • Strong problem-solving and level one technical assistance skills.

  • Team player with a customer-oriented, solution-focused approach.

  • Analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.

The HR Technical Analyst will:

  • Resolve requests received through the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Process the error logs from Intouch, GV (payroll tool), GTA (attendance management tool).
  • Handle PAS/DSN (Source Deduction/Nominative Social Declaration) errors.
  • Correct various anomalies transferred from the team, Business Support, specialists, Data Management team from Pune, in all systems (Intouch, payroll tool GV, attendance management tool GTA).
  • Alert the competent actors in case of malfunctions, lack of quality or non-compliance.
  • Alert users in case of malfunctions of the Intouch system.
  • Sensitize users when data input errors are detected.
  • Control data flows between systems with reports and/or intelligent monitoring.
  • Analyze and alert Business Support in case of Intouch system or interface malfunctions.
  • Provide specific support to the operational team
  • Provide the best experience for all employees/partners in all HR departments.
