East Asia & Oceania - Senior Manager Communication

As deputy to the Director of Communications, the Senior Manager Communications, will have internal, corporate as well as commercial communications responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Strategy and planning:
- Building regional communications strategy based on group direction.
- Planning of commercial communications, corporate and internal communication projects.
- Implementing the Group's communications and brands strategy in the context of E2A.
- Driving deployment of communication plans with the markets.
Brand building and reputation management:
- Acting as custodian of the Michelin brand in region and local markets, including training to other stakeholders.
- Building brand awareness in E2A by engaging target audiences and ensuring Michelin's commercial and corporate attractiveness is increased (Brand Power Score and Vitality Quotient).
- Ensuring overall consistency of brands and messaging, contributing to the protection and development of the company's and entities reputation.
- Overseeing governance of local websites, intranet and social media channels.
- Crisis communications.
- Participation in the editorial ecosystem.
Engagement
- Engaging the communication teams across E2A
- Coordinating internal and external events together with the commercial, corporate and internal communications teams while ensuring performance.
- Driving rollout of large-scale brand campaigns in multiple markets (TV + digital).
- Ensuring the performance of all communication campaigns.
- Driving change communications.
- Management of regional projects as assigned.
- Contributing to the achievement of collective objectives defined by Asia Pacific management.
Skills And Experience:
- Minimum 12 years’ corporate communications or marketing communications experience in a regional or global role, preferably in multinational organizations or agency.
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing communications campaigns.
- Change communications experience.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken (C1 level).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority across all levels of organization.
- Independent and hands-on working style.
- Agility and ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
