REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE •Îndeplinirea obligațiilor prevăzute prin SLA/OLA semnat cu clienții, în special: Coordonarea calendarelor de operațiuni; administrarea instrumentelor; managementul bazelor de date; portofoliu de rapoarte și tablouri de bord; colectarea datelor și analiza critică a informațiilor împreună cu echipele comerciale; analiză de prim nivel. •Cursuri de instruire la nivel de Grup cu privire la instrumentele, procesele și standardele livrate clienților. Furnizarea de sprijin personalizat, pentru asigurarea faptului că participanții ating un nivel de competențe satisfăcător. •Inițiativele de progres sunt identificate, discutate, aprobate și implementate (inclusiv o posibilă reproiectare a proceselor). •Promovarea standardizării metodelor și procedurilor și capacitatea de punere în aplicare a acesteia. •La solicitarea BPC, realizarea unei analize mai detaliate a unora dintre lacunele legate de performanța entităților comerciale, planul de acțiune fiind înaintat către BPC.
