REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE Execuție contract • Asigură urmărirea (inspecția) în scop preventiv a vehiculelor, în conformitate cu frecvența definită în contract și în legile naționale cu privire la trafic sau în specificațiile contractului • Cunoaște condițiile pentru șofat și contribuie la procesul de recomandare a anvelopelor • Programează și execută operațiile necesare pentru maximizarea duratei de viață a anvelopelor. Întreține echipamentul, sculele și spațiile pentru servicii • În cazul sub-contractării serviciilor (model M2), comunică lucrările care urmează a fi executate, verifică execuția corespunzătoare și validează plata aferentă. Managementul operațional: • Comentează și obține validarea documentelor operaționale de către client (de exemplu: lista cu vehicule nevizualizate) • Asigură facturarea pentru elementele deteriorate • Optimizează stocurile operaționale (de rulaj și fixe) • Aplică instrucțiunile de siguranță în executarea lucrărilor
