Against a backdrop of increasing digitalization of the MICHELIN Guide's activities, you will be in charge of its influence strategy in France and internationally as part of an internship for 6 months or more. Reporting to the Communications Department, you will support the Digital Communications Manager in her tasks.
If you love social media as much as you love food, this position is made for you. You’ll integrate a highly international team. You’ll engage daily with a community of more than 6.3M followers on social media as the voice of the MICHELIN Guide. You’ll know everything about the industry and will be in contact with chefs, influencers, and foodies around the world.
Scheduele posts acording to our social media planning
Interact with the community throughout the private messages received on our French Facebook page, International Facebook page, Instagram, TikTok and French Twitter
Participate in caption writing for social media posts
Monitor social media posts and engage with the audience through comments
Make weekly suggestions for posts and topics to enhance our engagement on Instagram and TikTok
Share key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze audience data for marketing prospecting
Create reports for our MICHELIN Guide launch events, approximately 30 events per year, using tools like Synthesio and Emplifi
Provide regular reporting on both our organic and partnership activations
Analyze KPIs for various social media content and provide suggestions for improvement
Complete our monthly Social Networks reporting
Stay updated on digital trends and present findings to the team
Share regular insights on our social media activity and audience to the Communication team
Monitor innovative content on social networks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong skills on Canva and Capcut
Training in social media management tools like Emplifi, and Synthesio (training will be provided)
French (native/bilingual)
English (native/bilingual)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Creative thinking and problem-solving

Votre tuteur.trice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre mission afin de développer votre savoir-faire et savoir-être et vous proposera, si besoin, des formations complémentaires en adéquation avec votre mission.
Vous percevrez une rémunération mensuelle en fonction de votre niveau d’études, de votre âge et du type de contrat. Par exemple, pour un contrat en apprentissage, si vous avez moins de 26 ans, elle sera comprise entre 1476 € brut mensuel pour un diplôme préparé BAC+1 et 1663 € brut mensuel pour un diplôme préparé BAC+5.
