REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE: • Transmite comenzile în conformitate cu planurile de achiziții (cataloage electronice prioritare), sau prin delegare punctuală • Urmărește livrarea bunurilor, în conformitate cu procesul și Principiile de Achiziții în cadrul Michelin • Identifică elementele neconforme d.p.d.v. al calității și trimite notificări furnizorilor (întârzieri, probleme de cantitate, calitate...) • Trimite cereri de achiziții care depășesc cantitatea autorizată de cumpărător • Monitorizează comenzile, de la solicitare (corelată cu planul de achiziții) până la planurile de livrare. • Trimite toate informațiile necesare furnizorilor (solicitant, adresă de livrare, ambalaj...). • Urmărește indicatorii • Arhivează documentele administrative.
