Bunele practici MMW sunt aplicate. • Performanța de calitate și productivitate este conforma cu obiectivele definite de catre atelier. Principiile Bine din Prima incercare sunt aplicate. • Riscurile de a nu raspunde satisfactiei clientului, conformitatii produsului si performantei de calitate sunt anticipate. Actiunile de reducere a riscurilor sunt puse in aplicare. • Toate reclamațiile, neconformitățile, situatiile ne-normate și abaterile de performanță sunt tratate cu reactivitatea necesara. Eficacitatea acțiunilor puse in aplicare este demonstrata. Cauzele anomaliilor si nonperformantei sunt capitalizate. • Secțiunea "Calitatea Obtinerii" din Planul de Progres este realizata. El contribuie la definirea acesteia. • Ajuta toți operatorii să dobândească competențe de calitate la locul de muncă (mentorat, instruire etc.)
