REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE • Cadrul proiectului sau programului (inclusiv definirea resurselor) este compatibil cu obiectivele desemnate de sponsor și de comitetul de conducere • Pentru a conduce proiectul, aplică demersul de proiect industrial sau demersul de proiect de proces și respectă standardele corespunzătoare (diagrama proiectului, liste de verificare, validarea reperelor, guvernanță, managementul bugetului…). • Cerințele CC sunt satisfăcute, cu respectarea celor 3 componente: calitate/cost/promptitudine și managementul riscurilor. • Echipa de proiect este condusă în conformitate cu Ghidul managerului și cu Liniile directoare privind managementul transversal al Grupului (cf MOP _ 0405_DGP). • Managementul schimbării este luat în considerare și produce rezultatele așteptate. • Realizează auto-diagnosticarea proiectelor proprii și stabilește un plan de acțiune pentru progres
