REALIZĂRI CHEIE SCONTATE • Aplicarea metodelor și practicilor (verificarea executării sarcinilor în conformitate cu regulile de siguranță, protecție a mediului, calitate, cu respectarea instrucțiunilor, trasabilitate…) • Optimizarea planurilor de întreținere (respectarea frecvenței, asigurarea calității, analiza și propunerea de îmbunătățiri, verificarea dacă activitățile S sunt planificate sistematic în eventualitatea inspecțiilor din categoria „C”,...). • Eficacitatea tuturor intervențiilor (prevenirea defectărilor, disponibilitatea pieselor de schimb, repararea defectelor în intervale de timp optimizate,...) • Îmbunătățirea TRS-P (rata și durata defectărilor și timpii de oprire preventivă, timp de ciclare, perioadele micro defecțiunilor,… conform obiectivelor fiecărei mașini). • Eficiența tuturor intervențiilor (resursele utilizate, consumul de piese de schimb, eficiența energetică susținută a echipamentelor) • Susținerea proceselor MDP (analizarea evenimentelor din ziua precedentă, cerințele din informările 5’ sunt abordate sau actualizate…) • Aplicarea standardelor de control total asupra proceselor (MTP) este respectată în cadrul operațiunilor de întreținere (proceduri de blocare, deblocare) • Controlul de impact pe durata procesului de evoluție a echipamentelor (Analizarea consecințelor posibile ale schimbărilor privind fiabilitatea, calitatea, eficiența de întreținere) • Instruire cu privire la activitățile planificate ale depanatorilor și personalului de întreținere, (instruire cu privire la intervențiile tehnice, confirmarea aplicării metodelor de întreținere, promovarea utilizării Bibsolv +, menținerea conformității echipamentelor, actualizarea fișei tehnice și a listei de materiale…)
