REALIZĂRI CHEIE ASTEPTATE Planificare: • Planifică și optimizează volumele de lucru în conformitate cu termenele de livrare, ratele de încărcare și cerințele clienților • Analizează și tratează anomaliile Transport • Organizează transportul (navlosire și rezervare slot) în funcție de nevoi • Asigură disponibilitatea și conformitatea tuturor documentelor de transport, facturare și vamale • Validează facturile de achiziții și se ocupă de neconcordanțe Monitorizarea execuției: • Monitorizează execuția livrărilor pentru a asigura conformitatea cu termenele de livrare • Alertează proactiv partenerii interesați în cazul oricăror evenimente, întârzieri sau eșecuri legate de îndeplinirea angajamentului cu privire la servicii și se implică în căutarea unei soluții pentru client • Aplică acțiuni de corecție în aplicațiile relevante • Informează și ține legătura cu partenerii interesați Metode de lucru • Aplică metodele și instrumentele de lucru actuale • Contribuie la dezvoltarea permanentă, pentru îmbunătățirea metodelor de lucru, a rezultatelor și creșterea satisfacției clienților
