What are we looking for:

• Graduate with legal studies;
• Nice to have University or postgraduate studies conducted in English, in an international or bilingual academic environment;
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish or German;
• Ability to work with confidential information, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a multicultural environment, and to coordinate projects while respecting deadlines.

 

Key Achievements / Expected Results

• The Contract Manager includes the necessary changes in the contracts within their area of responsibility;
• Contract Manager sends the contracts within their area of responsibility to the account holders for review;
• Contract Manager sends the reviewed contracts within their area of responsibility for approval;
• The Contract Manager sends the reviewed contracts within their area of responsibility for signing.

 

Main activities:

• The Contract Manager will be responsible for coordinating efforts associated with the Contract Lifecycle Management process
• Reviews, verifies, drafts, and monitors contract performance;
• Communicates and coordinates the process for all contract stages;
• Prepares operational indicators for monitoring reporting;
• Drafts and reviews a variety of contracts;
• Provides advice and guidance to different teams related to contract generation;
• Maintains excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met;
• Creates, prepares, verifies, and edits all contracts within the scope of activity;
• Recommends improvements and innovations for the contract process and ensures their accuracy.
