This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

The Contract Manager will conduct the contract management process through Contract Life cycle Management (CLM) tool and animate the network with all stakeholders..

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience working with contract regulations the related laws.

  • Legal studies.

  • Advanced level of English and German (demonstrated understanding of legal terminology in German is strongly preferred);

  • Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment;

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information.

  • Salesforce environment experience would be highly appreciated.

What will you do :

  • Review, draft, revise contracts and monitor contract performances.

  • Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages.

  • Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management.

  • Will draft and revise a variety of contracts.

  • Will provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.

  • Maintain excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met.

  • Create, prepare, review, and edit all contracts.

  • Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.
