This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in Business, HR, or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in employee benefits administration or customer service is a plus;
- Strong communication skills in French (phone and email);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Structured and organized;
- Team spirit and can do attitude.
The Benefits Advisor Senior will:
- Distribute the workload within the team (daily, weekly, monthly);
- Act as a support and facilitator in defining and disseminating new processing rules and together with the operational leader ensures that they are implemented;
- Respond to escalations received on various topics such as technical issues, process related questions, requests from employees or their representatives, Commercial Service etc.;
- Communicate new information and rules to employees and the team as needed;
- Maintain contact with the various services and partners in France (courier, Traxall, Euromaster etc);
- Handle requests for the fitting and removal of tires on the cars of eligible staff, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, safety rules and legislation in force;
- Send to the Euromaster fitting centers the necessary visit cards for the fitting of tires;
- Answer telephone calls from beneficiaries and occasionally from Euromaster centers;
- Initiate telephone calls to pensioners and active employees (or directly to beneficiaries) to inform them of the delivery date of the tires ordered or to facilitate the processing of their requests;
- Initiate telephone calls (occasionally) to Euromaster centers to check the delivery of certain orders;
- Check the service invoices for Test Tires, associated to the system invoices of the active employees with access to this application in order to validate them;
- Complete the out of service employee liquidation sheet and forwards the information to the Payroll team;
- Handle files / complaints with a high degree of complexity and requests the help of the operational leader, if the situation requires it;
- Train new colleagues by creating and updating the training plan, preparing training materials, delivering training, providing feedback on progress in assimilating processes, requesting access to systems used and offering assistance;
- Occasionally check the quality of service within the team and hold working sessions with team members to improve the quality of service if necessary;
- Revise written expression following requests from colleagues (a second opinion or effectively forms from scratch for newcomers);
- Validate documents in the digital courier system;
- Process transfers and checks received following requests for calculations and beneficiary waivers of annual dues following vehicle disposal;
- Participate in operational meetings in the perimeter: with the manager, the specialist, partners, ad-hoc meetings for implementing changes etc.;
- Contribute punctually to team projects as needed;
- If necessary, test the various applications under development and make proposals for improvements;
- On an ad-hoc basis, realize various presentations required for perimeter meetings;
- Actively participate, apply and encourage team members to use Lean methodology based on continuous process improvement;
- Ensure confidentiality of employees' personal data and the equipping of their vehicles;
