From September 27 to November 7, 2021, you can meet us at Angajatori de Top, Technology and Business sections. We are waiting for you with vacancies in our factories in Zalău and Floresti (Prahova), as well as in our headquarters in Bucharest, in the Michelin Corporate & Business Services center.
You can apply for any of the roles published on the hipo.ro platform, and on October 21 and November 4 you can get in direct contact with one of our recruiters, in the chat section.
Until then, if you want to prepare for a Michelin job interview, we asked our recruiters what they want to see in a candidate - so you can prepare to meet their expectations.
I believe that the purpose of an interview is not only to make sure that a candidate is suitable for a role, but also for the interviewee to make sure that in our company they can have the kind of experience they are looking for.
Anamaria Gheba, RecruiterI believe that the purpose of an interview is not only to make sure that a candidate is suitable for a role, but also for the interviewee to make sure that in our company they can have the kind of experience they are looking for.
The first thing that I consider relevant in a recruitment process is how the CV is written, as it is the first contact point with a candidate. Thus, when you decide to apply for a role, make sure that your CV is up-to-date (with all professional experiences, courses, training, the most recent studies, and personal interests).
I expect a positive attitude, even if there are emotions involved. I would like to notice his/her real desire to see, together with us, if we are suitable for a long-term collaboration. - Emilia Oprea, Recruiter
The most successful interviews I had were those in which the candidate had questions and expressed his/her curiosity. - Alexandra Barbu, Recruitment Team Lead
