What I expect from a candidate:
• Openness to learn new things (about tires, about systems, about managing various situations in a professional way);
• Interest in innovation (the processes are very dynamic and changes can occur at every step);
• Perseverance: to be resilient and not give in at the first obstacle.
I appreciate the candidates' curiosity, openness to have a conversation. With the help of the interview, I think we both aim to find out if there is a match between our needs, those of the company, and their needs, as future employees. I know that an interview went well when it took the form of a relaxed discussion, like between two old friends.
