From September 27 to November 7, 2021, you can meet us at Angajatori de Top, Technology and Business sections. We are waiting for you with vacancies in our factories in Zalău and Floresti (Prahova), as well as in our headquarters in Bucharest, in the Michelin Corporate & Business Services center.
You can apply for any of the roles published on the hipo.ro platform, and on October 21 and November 4 you can get in direct contact with one of our recruiters, in the chat section.
Until then, if you want to prepare for a Michelin job interview, we asked our recruiters what they want to see in a candidate - so you can prepare to meet their expectations.

The most successful interviews I had were those in which the candidate had questions and expressed his/her curiosity.
I interpreted this as an interest in the company and in the activity presented; in this way a relationship between me and the candidate was created much more easily. So I expect to meet motivated candidates, oriented towards developing together.
I invite those interested to access the company's career page with confidence, so that they are as well informed as possible about the field of activity of the company of interest - whatever it may be. This way they have the opportunity to find out a lot of useful information, before the interview: what the work environment is like, presentations and testimonials from colleagues, managers, partners.
Another behavior I appreciate is carefully reading the job description. I think it is important for each candidate to ask themselves the following questions:
Here is some advice to help you in your search.
I appreciate the candidates' curiosity, openness to have a conversation. With the help of the interview, I think we both aim to find out if there is a match between our needs, those of the company, and their needs, as future employees. - Mihaela Croitoru, Recruiter
I believe that the purpose of an interview is not only to make sure that a candidate is suitable for a role, but also for the interviewee to make sure that in our company they can have the kind of experience they are looking for. - Anamaria Gheba, Recruiter
