I interpreted this as an interest in the company and in the activity presented; in this way a relationship between me and the candidate was created much more easily. So I expect to meet motivated candidates, oriented towards developing together.
I invite those interested to access the company's career page with confidence, so that they are as well informed as possible about the field of activity of the company of interest - whatever it may be. This way they have the opportunity to find out a lot of useful information, before the interview: what the work environment is like, presentations and testimonials from colleagues, managers, partners.
