Our employees' testimonies

I can suggest new ideas and approaches
Remus , Expert Sales Administration

I’ve been working in Michelin since June 2016.

The fact I enjoy the most in my work is that I can bring to the table different ideas and approaches that my colleagues are willing to hear and discuss.

To a potential candidate I would say that in Michelin you’ll find young teams lead by managers who understand the young generations' needs. I am also happy with the flexibility we have in terms of schedule and the benefits our Company offers to employees.

Michelin is the right place!

During the years spent in Michelin I had the CHANCE TO BE manager, friend, trainer, auditor, colleague, employee … so many roles that give me so many EXPERIENCES.

I was promoted 3 times, I had the opportunity to be involved in everything I asked for, I proposed and implemented new approaches, I traveled, coordinated projects and had a lot of fun. I continue to learn every day and I am proud to say that I manage a beautiful team working for more than 60 different states.

We are nice colleagues, ready to welcome YOU in our team! Michelin is the place where you can really grow, be listened to, be considered an important part of this nice Group. I would add that Michelin has the best tires I have ever had and the cutest mascot! So, MICHELIN IS YOUR PLACE!

My experiences that I value go from discovering the tire manufacturing process to interacting with our most important clients from Greece during a field visit or meeting the Europe coordination team in France.

Why choose Michelin? Because you’ll find all the support, training, language lessons you need.  We are a young team and at the end we are like one big family.

Alexandru Iorga

I’ve been working in Michelin since 2007. My role is covering 16 countries in Eastern Europe, and what I appreciate the most is that I became an expert in cartography within a global giant company such as Michelin.

Join Michelin because here you can really find quality, diversity and a very good working environment.
