Michelin breaks the myth "zero experience in the field, no chance of getting hired". It is therefore a very good start for young graduates or young people who want a change in their career. You benefit from training immediately after hiring, so you get familiar with the job and the work environment.
Being a multinational company, you have a great chance to work with colleagues in other factories, go to training and exchange of experience, work across transverse projects to broaden your field of expertise and vision on the manufacturing processes.
Personally, I think that all these things bring added value to the everyday work of every employee, who can and is encouraged to issue ideas of progress, then rewarded.

Progress and Projects Responsible
I have been working in Michelin for 4 years, and my current role is to carry out the projects and the progress activities in the department I work. Besides that I also act as support for my colleagues. What I like most about my current role is that I am constantly facing new challenges and situations.
I can say from my own experience that Michelin is a company worth working for, and if I had a choice, after 4 years I would choose the same.
Michelin represents for me a place where I come with the desire and the pleasure to work. Here I found a wonderful team, a place where I could develop both personally and professionally, and the respect and trust that is given to me day by day make me want to become better and better.
