Training Assistant with Hungarian and Spanish

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in Hungarian and Spanish;

  • 1 year experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or administrative role;

  • Organizational and multitasking ability;

  • Attention to detail;

  • A good team worker and customer-oriented approach;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Training Assistant responsibilities:

Administrative process of training management - Romania and Hungary perimeter:

  • Realize automatic or manual modifications, when necessary (update session modules for the Group, translation of descriptions into local language: English, Romanian, Hungarian).
  • Upload training module descriptions into the system, where appropriate.
  • Provide support to facilitate the access of individuals to training sessions held outside the entities.
  • Animate the network of trainers or competence managers, so that each of them is aware of the system optimizations and is able to respond to requests within the assigned perimeter.
  • Maintenance of e-learning programs: updating, loading, deleting.
  • Manage users (creating and granting user rights, etc.).
  • Creating and updating reference documentation (guides, procedures, work instructions).
  • Identify and manage user training requests at regional level (constant support for system administrators).
  • Maintain the relationship with the Group's system administrator in order to solve problems and optimize system functionality.
  • Provide reports, according to the needs of the country / region.
  • Request, as required by the Group and verify the correct implementation of new training codes.

Provide technical, administrative and operational support for program implementation and implementation,

processes and tools.

  • Assist operational teams in the implementation of routine and progress actions.
  • Contribute to the resolution of anomalies or difficulties encountered by the operational team in carrying out routine operations
  • Support the L&D team in running projects and delivering results as well as implementing process changes. 
  • Develop plans and conducts tests to ensure tools are implemented correctly.
  • Propose changes in the field or activity.
  • Following the anomalies encountered, makes proposals or contributes to the development of several options designed to bring the process under control and avoid the recurrence of the anomalies encountered. 
  • Implements improvements proposed by operational teams and users after analysis.

Train operational staff and users.

  • Train operational teams affected by changes in the scope or policy of the information system.

User satisfaction analysis

  • Implement corrective actions and, if necessary, modify the process to prevent the recurrence of quality deficiencies.

General Responsibilities

  • Manages incoming requests to generic or individual e-mail addresses and responds within the agreed deadline.
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with various Talent Campus stakeholders.
  • Provides back-up (back-up) and ad hoc support in team activities related to the responsibilities of the position.
  • At the request of the hierarchical superior, also performs other tasks, which are directly related to the main responsibilities detailed above.

Administrative process of training management - Spain perimeter:

  • Create the training sessions in the reference system, respecting the data in the centralized file, filled in regularly by the training officers.
  • Register participants in the reference system.
  • Communicates mostly via e-mail) with training officers to deal with particular cases or specific problems arising in the administration process.
  • Monitors activity in the shared file and is responsible for resolving requests within his/her perimeter.
