This role is based in the  Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.  

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Fluency in German & English (at least B2 level);

  • Customer IT support experience would be a plus;

  • Problem solving skills and ability to provide level one technical assistance;

  • Team-worker attitude; Proactivity;

  • Customer-oriented approach & solution focused;

  • Analytical skills are a must;

  • Excel medium level.

The HR analyst will: 

  • Provide support to all Workday users through various channels (phone, chat, email.)

  • Find and propose solutions for different topics related to Workday (internal move of staff/team, creation of management supervisory) to the managers and HR BP and accompanies them in their activity in Workday.

  • Collaborate with IS/IT colleagues to resolve anomalies related to the creation of Workday users (Michelin ID, email account, employee ID, etc.)

  • Collaborate with next level of support to identify solutions to anomalies and/or data management difficulties and analyze possible requests for mass loading of new data into Workday.

  • Open Snow tickets for any changes requested in Workday (new employees or change of role etc).

  • Offer support to the managers/ HR BP by implementing the creation of new reports or offers alternatives, depending on needs.

  • Participate proactively in future developments (testing new functions) and inform HR BP about them.

  • Participate in meetings related to implementations, new versions, workshops related to Workday.

  • Support for the integration of EUN companies into Workday.

  • Train in German and English the Workday users in the EUN region (especially users from of newly integrated companies).

  • Update Workday via mass load (fill in and download files in DocShare, create tickets in the e-Motion portal).

  • Use administrator rights to correct or delete Workday processes, or to reassign tasks.

  • Agree with managers and/or HR BP on the correction of errors detected during the data quality control phase. 

  • Participate in various CBS/P projects in line with Workday.
