This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain management or a related field;

  • Good knowledge of English is mandatory, while French is a plus;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple business interlocutors;

  • Structured and organized;

  • Attentive to details.

What will you do?

Planning:

  • Plan and optimize loads in accordance with delivery dates, filling rates & customer requirements

  • Analyse and treat anomalies

Transportation:

  • Organize the transportation (chartering & slot booking) according to the needs

  • Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents

  • Validate purchasing invoices and treat discrepancies

Execution Monitoring:

  • Monitor the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales

  • Proactively alert the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engage in the search for a solution to the customer

  • Apply corrective actions in the relevant applications

  • Informs and follow up with the relevant partners
