Mission:

The mission of the Cash manager is to optimize the liquidity structure of companies within its scope and identify improvement areas to secure cash management processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Corporate treasury experience in a European context preferable;
  • Expertise in cash management (regulatory, fiscal, and legal framework);
  • Knowledge of treasury tools (e.g., Quantum) and banking communication tools (TRAX preferred);
  • Understanding of business financing, supply chain financing/guarantees, cash flow forecasting, and accounting basics;
  • Fluent English and at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Flow modeling, analytics, synthesis skills required.

Job responsibilities:

  • Analyze local market trends and forecast Free Cash Flow (FCF);
  • Develop and analyze 3-month cash flow forecasts on a monthly basis;
  • Alert on liquidity risks and propose corrective actions;
  • Ensure alignment of financing/investment tools with cash flow forecasts;
  • Analyze and explain company debt evolution and forecast discrepancies;
  • Contribute to the analysis of the evolution of debt at European level;
  • Responsible for the operational and contractual monitoring of external financing programs, ensures the interface as an expert with internal partner;
  • Handle Treasury reporting and establish liquidity management standards;
  • Optimize cash flow costs within Group guidelines;
  • Promote liquidity management culture and improve processes;
  • Strength of proposal for improvement of cash management processes;
  • Manage securitization and factoring;
  • Act as a key user for Treasury reporting tools;
  • Support and monitor cash management in non-centralized companies;
  • Carry out the necessary projects and corrects the discrepancies from the standards within their perimeter and within the country, which must be gradually integrated in the standard treasury processes.
