The mission of an HR Benefits Advisor is to provide Michelin employees the administrative assistance and the support needed to benefit from one or several sets of tires, considering certain eligibility rules
What we're looking for:
Fluency in German and English;
University degree;
Structured and organized;
Medium Excel skills;
Curiosity and eager to learn new things;
Team spirit and can do attitude;
1 year experience in Customer Support would be a plus.
What will you do?
Solve requests for fitting test tires on eligible staff cars (first fitment, replacement after wear and tear, replacement of previously fitted vehicle), ensuring that the correct size is chosen, in compliance with safety rules and local legislation in force.).
Solve requests for fitting out company vehicles.
Answer telephone calls from beneficiaries and occasionally from Euromaster centers.
Initiate telephone calls to pensioners and active employees (or directly to beneficiaries) to inform them of the delivery date of the tires ordered or to facilitate the processing of their requests.
Initiate telephone calls (occasionally) to Euromaster centers to check the delivery of certain orders.
Records tire orders in the order entry system.
Confirms the treatment of the request by mail or courier and send the necessary tire fitment visit forms to the beneficiaries and Euromaster centers.
Enter technical (approvals and fitment confirmations) and personal data into the management system, whenever necessary, to ensure the accuracy of the history of each file processed.
Process specific claims following the selling of the vehicle fitted with tires and manage the resulting payments.
Process claims for reimbursement of invoices following damage to tires on a vehicle already registered in the system.
Check the conformity of the invoices received from the partner fitting centers, validate their reimbursement and carry out other necessary steps (claims), if the case.
Close inactive employees' files and forwards the information to the payroll process team.
Archive documentation according to the archiving procedure.
Take note of employee complaints and resolve them to the extent possible or address it to the Sr. Benefits Advisor if the complaint is complex.
Analyze the reports received from beneficiaries following technical complaints (defective tires) and take the necessary steps to exempt beneficiaries from the annual contribution.
Ensure the confidentiality of personal data relating to employees and the equipment of their vehicles.
