HR Admin

MISSION: Assists the colleagues from allocated sites in the administrative process regarding hiring process, short term assignments and contributes to the improvement of human resources activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Is involved in 2 main HR process: hiring for Michelin sites and the benefits procedure.
• Prepares or updates employment records related to employee life-cycle (hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating);
• Follows-up and consolidates employment related documents and information, to ensure the employee's Personnel file is complete, in accordance with local legislation;
• Prepares various HR-related documents (i.e. employment certificates, duplicates, reports etc.);
• Ensures proper record entries and exits in the General Register of Employees (REVISAL) according to legal terms;
• Explains human resources policies, laws, and standards to employees;
• Updates the database for payroll monthly calculations;
• Acts as an employee benefits advisor (responds and resolves employee requests regarding benefits policies; makes reports upon request, communicate with the partners’ representatives).


Payroll specialist


MISSION: Accurate and timely completions of assigned processes, to support a positive employee experience in all matters of payroll execution. Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produces payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner, in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.
• Processes employee leave, to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions.
• Ensures the professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received.
• Alerts management on discovered noncompliance or data quality issues.
• Organized and archives payroll documentation in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.



Benefits Advisor


MISSION: Ensures administrative support for equipping the vehicles of eligible personnel (active or retired) in the allocated perimeter, considering the available tire stock and in accordance with the rules and legislation in force. Provides relevant information to the Center of Technology for statistical and technical purposes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processes the vehicle equipment requests.
• Takes calls related to the tire benefits activity when they are redirected by the call center.
• Analyzes all handover-takeover reports received.
• Fills data in the data base and is able to extract and use the data.
• Ensures direct contact with employees in case of a complaint.
• Checks the invoices issued by vendors.



Travel & Expenses Analyst


MISSION: Ensure the reception and control of the employees' expense reports from a perimeter, respecting the established indicators. Acts as Subject Matter Expert on travel/purchases expenses related activities, handling the requests of the employees and providing a positive customer experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives expense reports using iExpense inquiries, follows up and collects the missing reports, if any;
• Executes the control plan defined to verify the expense reports and related invoices;
• Monitor the unsettled expenses and follow up with the employees to complete the reconciliation;
• Responsible for the travel/purchase expenses settlement of employees during offboarding;
• Monitors the compliance of the employees with the policies, handling of all complaints and exceptional situations;
• Ensures the quality, accuracy of data, and respect the deadlines for the delivery of reports regarding employee payments;
• Offers prompt and qualitative support for the employees by providing information on the travel/purchase expenses, payment, and settlement systems and procedures.


Training Support Assistant

MISSION: Assists with the implementation of training and development actions carried out in France, in accordance with local norms and legislation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets) ;
• Prepares and disseminates training materials (e.g. Hangout notes);
• Provides administrative and logistical support during the trainings (e.g.: ensures the resources, mailing the attendance sheet, certificates, access requests, break reservations);
• Creates, verifies and updates the training catalog in the system;
• Fills in attendance sheets after the training sessions and controls recorded data;
• Follows-up of the agreements with external organizations, regarding the training calendar and the billing process;
• Creates sessions, database files in the reference system, in accordance with the annual plan or based on specific requests received during the year.
